Kevin has spearheaded transformative initiatives in various industries, consistently delivering substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. His expertise spans diverse sectors including telecom, public utility, transportation, shipyard and fabrication, oil and gas, pool and spa, and biotech/medical device, all with company revenues ranging from $125 million to $1.9 billion.
Kevin specializes in orchestrating immediate and impactful transformations within businesses, focusing on supply chain and operations strategies, cultural enhancement, and efficiency optimization. Through the implementation of LEAN best practices, VMI, KAN/BAN methodologies, standard work protocols, and motion reduction techniques, he has devised proven supply chain optimization workflows that yield measurable and reproducible cost savings for clients.
His proficiency extends to supplier management, encompassing scorecard integration, price negotiation, contractual commitments, partnership cultivation, and VMI implementation. He excels in materials management, optimizing supply chains, right-sizing warehouses, enhancing receiving processes, streamlining material bin locations, and establishing KPI-driven best practices. In procurement management, Kevin deploys buying strategies, oversees monthly invoicing, develops blanket order strategies, refines receiving protocols, and ensures meticulous material tracking.

Bradley brings to the team over 5 years of experience in supply chain management roles. He has a background rooted in driving operational excellence across various industries and companies.
His specialty in supply chain comes from his time spent as an Operations Manager at Amazon. This experience helped Bradley develop leadership and team management skills as well as built a strong foundation for continuous improvement.
Bradley uses tools like value stream mapping and 5S to identify and eliminate waste in his organization. He has a track record of costs savings across industries including food/beverage, retail, call center, e-commerce, and oil and gas.
He holds a degree is Supply Chain Management from Colorado State University’s College of Business. Partnered with real-world experience, Bradley is driven to continue making meaningful contributions in his field.
